Associate / Senior Associate, Technology Risk Analytics & Reporting

About the role

Group Technology at DBS supports the bank's vision of being the leading bank in Asia. As technology environments evolve, risk aggregation and analytics remain essential to keep risks and hotspots visible. This Associate / Senior Associate role supports the regular measurement and monitoring of technology risk, combining analytics, intelligence and management reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Technology Risk Analytics & Intelligence: ensure timely and accurate production and reporting of key technology risk metrics
• Perform deep-dive and thematic analysis of risk performance trends to provide actionable insights
• Work on data modelling, simulations and calibrations for risk aggregation
• Collaborate with Technology unit stakeholders on insights, updates and commentaries
• Provide requirements to automate risk metrics onto the Technology Risk Workbench
• Management reporting: prepare and collate data for CEO and CIO reviews, Board Risk and Group Technology Risk Committee meetings, and ad-hoc senior management presentations
• Regulatory and technology risk reporting, including regulatory requests for information (RFI), the Technology Risk Forum and MAS updates

Required profile

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in risk management and management reporting
• Background in Engineering, Business Finance, Business & Data Analytics or Risk Management
• Interest in, or fluency in, AI and data-driven approaches to risk intelligence
• People-oriented, process-driven and outcome-focused, with strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Meticulous with data, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

Required skills

• High proficiency in MS Excel and advanced data modelling
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
