Associate Specialist, Implementation - Launch Graduate Program 2027

About the role

As an Associate Specialist in Implementation, you will join Mastercard’s Launch Graduate Program 2027, a structured development pathway that bridges the transition from university to a professional career. You will work closely with key customers, internal delivery teams and support functions to ensure smooth technology and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing the technology and operational relationship.
• Collaborate with internal product, technology and delivery teams to address customer inquiries and problem requests.
• Analyze data from account‑management projects and report on performance against success metrics.
• Identify customer needs and contribute to the design and delivery of integrated solutions.
• Prepare presentation materials, analytics and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.
• Available to start on 19 July 2027 (non‑negotiable).
• Full legal right to work without visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to build relationships across functions.
