Associate – Tax & Mobility Advisory (Graduate)

About the role

Join a global tax practice as an Associate in the People Advisory Services (Mobility) team. You will support multinational clients by managing personal tax and social security matters for employees who move across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Focus on personal taxation and social security issues for companies with globally mobile employees.
• Apply individual income tax knowledge to cross‑border situations, tax treaties and mobility programmes.
• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to inbound and outbound employees, covering residency, remuneration packages and share‑scheme planning.
• Participate in projects such as employment tax risk reviews, share‑scheme planning and employment‑arrangement advice.
• Liaise with overseas EY offices to deliver coordinated cross‑border tax advice.

Required profile

• Pursuing a university degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving and numerical abilities.
• Capacity to work with complex, detailed information.
• Demonstrated time‑management skills and adaptability under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
