Audit Accountant – Competitive Salary + AWS + Bonus

About the role

Join a leading integrated hospitality organisation in Singapore as an Audit Accountant. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational compliance, and robust internal controls within a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily audits of operational and financial transactions in line with established policies and internal controls.
• Review transaction records for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Reconcile daily operational reports and investigate any discrepancies promptly.
• Verify supporting documentation and maintain accurate audit records.
• Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of cash and other accountable assets when required.
• Monitor operational activities, identify irregularities, and follow up on exceptions.
• Prepare daily audit reports and escalate unresolved issues.
• Support compliance initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure adherence to internal controls.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting or auditing experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Experience in a regulated operational environment is an advantage.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
