AVP/VP, Technology Risk Culture Specialist

About the role

DBS is hiring an AVP/VP, Technology Risk Culture Specialist within Group Technology, which manages the majority of the bank's operational processes and delivers banking services across multiple channels. The role sits in the COO office and focuses on strengthening the technology function's risk culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of the Technology Risk Culture workplan.
• Support the design, execution, embedment and evaluation of interventions to strengthen technology's risk culture, using behavioural science-informed techniques.
• Support management of program performance, governance and audit issues.
• Support reporting to stakeholders with clear, high-impact messages.
• Collaborate with HR, RMG and Technology teams to improve the success of interventions.
• Support ad hoc strategic initiatives, if any.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience assessing, managing and improving risk culture in large organisations (preferable).
• Degree in a relevant behavioural science discipline such as organisational psychology (preferable).
• Experience in risk management (preferable) and in banking and financial services (preferable).
• Strong critical thinking, ability to learn and work in ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build credibility with key stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Use of AI-powered workplace assistant tools (e.g., Copilot).
