Backend Engineer – Game Services

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our team building core game services such as payment and account systems. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers and QA engineers to deliver stable, high‑performance APIs that power our gaming platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and optimise backend services and APIs with a focus on stability, performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve common game services.
• Participate in system design and architecture reviews to enhance overall system quality.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and take part in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably on large‑scale or internet‑based systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and logical thinking.
• Proactive, agile mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
