Banquet Team Leader (Pre-Opening)

About the role

As a Banquet Team Leader for the pre‑opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay, you will be responsible for delivering seamless banquet experiences that set the standard for the new hotel. You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate all aspects of event execution, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate banquet staff to provide outstanding service.
• Plan and organise banquet set‑ups, timelines and service delivery for each event.
• Maintain high standards of room layout, food presentation and guest experience.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly, adapting to changing event requirements.
• Collaborate with kitchen, sales, front‑desk and other departments to ensure smooth cross‑functional execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in banquet operations or a supervisory hospitality role.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and the ability to spread its “light and warmth”.
• Strong integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a focus on customer service.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
