About the role
We are looking for a BIM Modeler specialized in both architectural and structural disciplines to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves creating accurate 3D models, producing shop drawings for authority approvals, and supporting the BIM, VDC and IDD initiatives across projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models and prepare shop drawings for authority submission and construction use.
- Update models with the latest project information, ensuring drawing accuracy.
- Use Revit and Navisworks to detect and report design clashes to the site team.
- Submit drawings on schedule in line with project timelines.
- Assist the BIM team with BIM, VDC and IDD initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a BCA-equivalent diploma.
- At least 3 years of BIM experience in the Singapore construction industry, preferably with a contractor.
- Proven experience modelling both architectural and structural elements.
- Autodesk/BCA certification is a plus.
