BIM Modeller

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeller to join our construction team in Singapore. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate BIM models that support design, documentation, and fabrication processes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BIM model deliverables for construction, documentation, and fabrication purposes.
• Create and update BIM models based on contract drawings, design changes, and the latest project information.
• Generate detailed BIM documentation, shop drawings, construction drawings, and as‑built drawings.
• Identify and report design discrepancies or coordination issues to BIM Coordinators.
• Coordinate with construction project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate BIM deliverables.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Architecture, Civil & Structural, Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working on BIM models for C&S, reinforcement, architectural, or MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and coordination processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of SGD 4,500 per month.
• Full‑time permanent contract.
• On‑site work at our Choa Chu Kang office, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm, Saturday 8 am‑12 pm.
