Boutique Manager – Maison de Création

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and charismatic Boutique Manager to lead the new Maison de Création in Duxton Hill, Singapore. The role blends luxury retail, fragrance craftsmanship and hospitality, offering a unique environment where each day brings new experiences—from guiding perfume workshops to presenting bespoke scent projects for hotels and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized luxury experiences to local and international customers, advising on fragrances and scented products while maintaining a sophisticated, non‑aggressive sales approach.
• Host and coordinate fragrance creation workshops for individuals, couples, groups, corporate clients and private events, providing storytelling and hands‑on guidance.
• Support B2B and hospitality activities by welcoming luxury hotel partners, brands and designers, assisting with presentations and bespoke olfactive identity projects.
• Maintain and grow the boutique’s CRM and clienteling activities, building strong relationships with repeat and VIP customers.
• Oversee daily operations of the Maison de Création, ensuring the space remains inviting, organized and aligned with the Maison 21G Paris philosophy.
