Building Construction Supervisor – Site Management

About the role

The Building Construction Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities at our Little India site, ensuring projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest safety standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, foreign workers, and office teams to deliver smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction works to meet project deadlines.
• Develop, implement and monitor safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Plan daily operations, manage handovers, and coordinate labour deployment.
• Resolve site problems, handle emergencies and liaise with clients and foreign workers.
• Monitor worker attendance, permits, certificates and ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections as Site Warden to verify room and facility standards.
• Prepare monthly reports, budgets and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Perform transportation duties when required and ensure adherence to Singapore road rules.

Required profile

• Diploma in civil, electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Class 4 driving licence with at least five years of driving experience in Singapore.
• 2‑3 years of supervisory or marketing experience in construction.
• Strong command of English and ability to communicate with foreign workers.
• Availability to work long hours, nights, weekends and be reachable by mobile at all times.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Class 4 driving licence.
