Business Analyst (Co-Development)

About the role

Activate Interactive, a technology consultancy in Singapore, is hiring a Business Analyst for its Co-Development Business Unit. This is a fixed-term contract of 12 months, based at Havelock Road. The role covers business analysis, process improvement, product and delivery support, testing coordination, change management and post-implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, document and validate business and functional requirements, and translate them into user stories, process flows, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse current processes, identify optimisation and automation opportunities, and work with solution architects and technical teams to design scalable solutions.
• Work with Product Managers and delivery teams, manage and refine product backlogs, and clarify requirements during development.
• Develop and review test scenarios and test cases, coordinate SIT and UAT, and support defect triage.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, support implementation planning, training and adoption, and communicate progress, risks and recommendations.
• Monitor solution performance after launch, gather feedback, and help support and operations teams resolve production issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, product delivery or system implementation, including software or digital product projects.
• Agile delivery experience is advantageous; government or large-scale enterprise systems experience is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Management or Process Improvement are advantageous.
