Business Analyst / Senior Consultant - Alteryx Migration & Rollout (Banking)

About the role

A client of Fuku is looking for a Business Analyst / Senior Consultant to act as the Alteryx Subject Matter Expert during a migration and regional rollout programme for a banking client. The position is permanent with the client and is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions with business and technical teams across 13 regional locations.
• Analyse business processes, identify improvements and turn requirements into BRDs, FRSs, process flows and functional specifications.
• Support end-to-end delivery: implementation, testing, UAT coordination, defect management, deployment and regional rollout.
• Review and optimise Alteryx workflows for performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Provide user support, knowledge transfer and guidance to ensure adoption of Alteryx solutions.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues and report regularly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, data analytics or similar technology-driven projects.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and preparing BRDs, FRSs, process flows and functional specifications.
• Experience supporting end-to-end delivery, including testing, UAT, defect management, deployment and rollouts.
• Experience with cross-functional, vendor and offshore teams in a regional or global setting.
• Exposure to banking or financial services projects and Alteryx Server environments is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Alteryx implementation, migration, workflow development, optimization and support (deep Alteryx expertise highly advantageous).
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
