Business Compliance Intern – Private Banking

About the role

HL Bank Singapore is looking for a motivated Business Compliance Intern to support the Private Bank team. You will work directly with the Head of Business Compliance, gaining hands‑on exposure to risk management, regulatory governance, and process optimisation in a wealth‑management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Compliance team with daily operational tasks.
• Document and improve Private Bank workflow processes to ensure efficiency and policy adherence.
• Support audit preparation and management activities.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline processes and resolve compliance issues.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Genuine interest in risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and eager to learn.
• Professional handling of confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Google Workspace tools.
