Business Development Associate (Singapore)

About the role

eToro is seeking a Business Development Associate to join its Singapore office. You will be the first point of contact for new and prospective users, helping them start their trading journey and become confident investors on our collaborative platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound onboarding calls to potential customers and guide them through the eToro platform.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, or inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, including market updates and product information.
• Handle inbound inquiries, verify accounts, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in line with service quality standards and balanced scorecard metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with objection handling and closing abilities.
• Motivated, sales‑driven and a collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
