Business Development & Client Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking a confident, proactive Business Development & Client Services Manager to drive new revenue and nurture long‑term client relationships for Spring Hope Creative. The role is client‑facing, requiring strong communication, relationship building and the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach and partnerships.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline, initiate conversations and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand client needs, prepare and present proposals, quotations and pitches, and negotiate and close deals.
• Identify upsell and account‑expansion opportunities and develop partner relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Document scope, pricing, deliverables and changes; ensure clear communication and timely follow‑ups.
• Manage client expectations, address concerns professionally, and drive renewal and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or client servicing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Strong sales instinct with disciplined follow‑up and organisational habits.
• Ability to manage multiple client conversations and documentation independently.
• Commercial awareness and confidence discussing proposals and pricing.
• Digital marketing or creative agency experience is an advantage.
