Business Development Executive / Manager

About the role

Azeus Convene seeks a driven Business Development Executive / Manager to expand the market presence of its board management and meeting collaboration solution. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build strong relationships with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and establish the market within an assigned territory.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape business strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, identify opportunities, negotiate and close deals.
• Manage pre‑sales activities, including product demonstrations, bid preparation advice, and pricing support.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including travel as required.
• Deliver customer presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Provide regular updates on leads, pipeline development, and opportunities to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience selling software, technology, or SaaS solutions to corporate executives.
• Demonstrable B2B sales experience, preferably with C‑suite engagements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
