Business Development Manager - APAC Ads

About the role

Booking.com is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Travel Media Network across the APAC region. You will focus on driving sponsored advertising solutions, building new partnerships, and delivering impactful advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, develop a robust sales pipeline, and exceed quarterly targets for sponsored advertising.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, create compelling proposals, and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including senior commercial specialists, product, partner services, and third‑party tech teams—to align objectives and ensure successful campaign execution.
• Design personalized media solutions that match client goals and Booking.com’s media offerings.
• Utilise and enhance CRM tools to manage accounts, provide regular progress updates, and maintain transparent communication with management.
• Lead internal education on the advertising program through quarterly kick‑offs and training sessions, and represent Booking.com Display Advertising at partner events and conferences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital media sales experience, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Proven track record in sales or business development with sponsored advertising.
• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce, travel industry trends, and digital ad formats.
