Business Development Manager – B2B Sales

About the role

Udders, Singapore’s largest home‑grown ice‑cream brand, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales across the foodservice and HORECA sectors. You will be responsible for expanding our partner network, growing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business leads and strategic partners.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and new opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, addressing feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets, forecast demand, and ensure smooth onboarding and product supply.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales and business development experience.
• Established network and proven success in the foodservice/HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, central kitchens).
• Hunter mindset with a track record of securing new accounts and hitting targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Commercially driven, independent, results‑oriented, and able to generate opportunities quickly.
