Business Development Manager – Digital Energy

About the role

The Business Development Manager (Digital Energy) will drive new business acquisition and expand market share in the fast‑evolving digital power sector, focusing on sustainable energy solutions such as Smart PV and critical infrastructure for data centres.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities across the digital power industry, including smart solar (PV) and data‑center infrastructure.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to introduce clients to the latest technologies and solutions.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Track and analyse project pipelines and sales metrics to support strategic business planning.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and market‑penetration plans to drive sustained growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess customer needs and define product/solution requirements.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams and act as a key ambassador for the business unit.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, IT, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience within the IT or related technology industry.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of Smart PV / Solar and Data‑Center industry trends and market dynamics.
