Business Development Manager (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across Singapore. You will expand our market presence, secure new commercial opportunities and work closely with senior leadership and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets.
• Research prospects and develop outreach plans to generate leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements in line with revenue and margin goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with growth priorities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines and performance reports for senior management.
• Lead and coach junior business development or sales team members where applicable.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑closing skills.
• Ability to work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
