Convertium, a digital experience agency, is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and shape compelling digital solutions. This is a hunter‑type role that blends consultative selling with a deep passion for digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the digital domain.
• Engage prospects, understand their challenges, and position Convertium’s services.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and specialists to co‑create tailored digital solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and documentation.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and report progress to the Managing Director.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
• Strong appetite for winning and a confident, people‑focused attitude.
• Passion for digital technologies and a solid understanding of the digital consulting landscape.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
