Business Development Manager, YouBiz

About the role

YouTrip is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its YouBiz offering. You will target startups, SMEs and corporates in Singapore, building relationships and expanding the customer base for the multi‑currency digital wallet platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and sell YouBiz solutions to target startups, SMEs and corporate clients.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate and qualify high‑quality leads.
• Work closely with Product colleagues to relay user needs and help shape new features.
• Record all customer interactions and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 1 + year of experience in SaaS, banking or fintech sales within Singapore.
• Proven hunter mentality – consistently pursues new business and overcomes objections.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for building a people‑oriented culture and supporting future hiring.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to create analytical presentations for internal and external audiences.

Required skills

• Experience selling corporate cards (a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
