Business Digital Office Internship

About the role

Bosch Group in Singapore is offering a six‑month internship in its Business Digital Office. The role provides hands‑on experience supporting operations, data analysis and the development of digital tools while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of processes and tools to analyse business performance, identify cycle‑time improvements and recommend enhancements.
• Transform raw data using Python, SQL or Power BI depending on dataset complexity.
• Build analytical views and dashboards in Power BI based on specified requirements.
• Assist in the development and pitch of new solutions, including creating presentations and videos from successful use cases.
• Manage requirements analysis, track implementation progress and facilitate discussions to resolve open points.
• Help prepare presentations, organise meetings and support departmental events.

Required profile

• Available to work full‑time or part‑time for a period of six months.
• Fast learner with an open, agile mindset and strong business acumen.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Power BI with advanced DAX knowledge.
• SQL for data transformation and analytics.
• Python for data manipulation and analysis.
