Business Finance Analyst, SEAA

About the role

The Business Finance Analyst will partner with the Regional Business Finance Manager and senior real‑estate leaders to provide analytical insight that drives strategic decisions across the real‑estate portfolio and CAPEX initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of finance, real‑estate, retail strategy and brand vision, turning complex data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Regional Business Finance Manager and act as finance partner for corporate functions focused on real‑estate portfolio management and CAPEX analysis.
• Translate lease, project, market and financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate new locations, lease renewals, renovations, expansions, closures and other portfolio decisions.
• Conduct rigorous CAPEX analysis, apply CAPEX policy, and ensure governance for boutique and other real‑estate projects.
• Strengthen decision‑making by ensuring financial assumptions, KPIs, reporting and governance are robust, consistent and aligned with portfolio priorities.
