Business Planning Manager

About the role

The Business Planning Manager will lead cross‑functional business operations initiatives, supporting the launch of new businesses and branch establishments across Asia. The role works closely with sales, marketing, and CFO functions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Controller within cross‑functional Business Operations, driving the initiation of new business lines and providing comprehensive support for branch establishment across Asian markets.
• Coordinate and resolve operational issues by liaising with Sales, Marketing, and CFO functions to ensure alignment and timely problem solving.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication between export sales teams and the CFO office during the setup of new branches.
• Build and maintain a support system in partnership with HQ and the Singapore office to proactively detect and address issues for emerging businesses.
• Lead preparation for the launch of a new ERP system scheduled for 2026, including the operation of an emergency support framework with HQ.
• Produce and present weekly and monthly CFO reports, as well as detailed reports for HQ and the Asia region on new business support activities.
• Organize and manage regular meetings with the Singapore President, preparing comprehensive reports and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Possess 7–10 years of proven experience in business operations, strategic planning, or a comparable role within a multinational environment.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a track record of data‑driven decision making.
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
