Butler Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Butler Supervisor leads the Butler program at St. Regis Singapore, ensuring every guest experiences the brand’s signature high‑touch, personalized service. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will oversee pre‑arrival, stay, and departure processes while upholding St. Regis standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Butler team, including Butlers and Butler Valets.
• Ensure seamless delivery of butler services throughout the guest journey.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to maintain service excellence.
• Conduct interviews, hiring, and scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Maintain a safe workplace and enforce company policies and uniform standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 lb.
