About the role
We are seeking a motivated Cafe Manager to lead our café operations across Singapore. The successful candidate will supervise daily activities, ensure high service standards, and support a friendly team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct stock taking and manage ordering of supplies.
- Train and onboard new servers.
- Oversee day‑to‑day café operations, including table service and handling customer complaints.
- Perform cashier duties and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the café premises.
- Prepare coffee, other beverages and desserts according to quality standards.
Required profile
- Team‑player with a proactive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and shift work.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
