About the role
We are seeking a Call Centre Assistant on a temporary basis to handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information to the public.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from members of the public regarding related services and enquiries, providing courteous and efficient assistance.
- Provide accurate information on policies, application processes, service procedures and required documents to callers.
- Assess callers’ needs, clarify their enquiries and guide them on the appropriate next steps.
- Escalate complex, sensitive or unresolved cases to the relevant team or authority for follow‑up.
- Document call details accurately in the system while meeting service‑level, quality and productivity KPIs.
