Campaign Manager, AWS Marketing Event Demand Generation

About the role

Join the AWS Event Demand Generation team as a Campaign Manager, leading marketing campaigns for high‑impact events such as AWS Summits. You will own the full demand‑generation lifecycle, from strategy to execution, driving audience growth and engagement worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated, multi‑channel demand‑generation plans for global AWS events.
• Coordinate cross‑functional marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Monitor real‑time registration and attendance metrics, making data‑driven optimizations.
• Partner with regional marketing groups to align messaging with local customer needs.
• Report performance insights and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event marketing and demand‑generation strategy.
• Strong track record of developing growth strategies and crafting compelling messaging.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt quickly based on performance data.
