Campaigns & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Apple’s Apple Store Online team is looking for a Campaigns & Performance Marketing Specialist to drive seasonal campaigns and performance‑marketing initiatives across its retail digital properties. You will help shape integrated marketing plans that boost traffic, engagement and conversion for Apple Retail worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of seasonal campaigns and programs that drive traffic, engagement and conversion on apple.com, the Apple Store app and in‑store experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, Store Operations and Commercial teams to ensure alignment of strategy and messaging.
• Manage and optimise paid‑search programs, including budget allocation, bidding strategies and pacing to maximise ROAS.
• Analyse performance data, identify growth opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.
• Work with creative, product, data and marketing teams to improve campaign outcomes and produce performance reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns at both strategic and operational levels.
• Strong expertise in online and outbound marketing channels and digital marketing touchpoints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
