Care Support Associate – Inpatient Ward – $18/hr

About the role

We are seeking motivated Care Support Associates to provide essential assistance on an inpatient ward at Novena Government Healthcare. This temporary position offers a flat rate of SGD 18 per hour and involves supporting nursing staff in delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist nurses with daily patient care tasks, including hygiene and mobility support.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the ward.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to nursing staff.
• Perform additional ward duties as assigned by the nursing team.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) or possession of an HMI certification.
• Willingness to work a shift pattern of 4‑5 days per week, including weekends.
• Ability to commit to the assignment period from 5 Oct to 11 Nov.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Healthcare Assistant (HCA) experience or Health Management Institute (HMI) certification.
