About the role

Join a well‑established, publicly listed multinational aviation services provider as a Cargo Coordinator at Changi Airport. This is a fresh‑entry position with full training, offering a dynamic environment where you will handle cargo movements and support airport logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and move shipments using manual handling techniques and forklifts.
• Verify cargo documentation and system records for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight agents and other stakeholders to resolve operational enquiries.
• Lead and supervise a team of cargo handlers, ensuring safe and timely handling of cargo.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Good supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work rotating shift schedules.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (training and certification will be provided).
• Manual handling of cargo.
