Center Manager – Commercial/Office

About the role

The Centre Manager will lead the Office Tower Operations Team, ensuring the office towers are maintained to the highest standards and that tenant and stakeholder relationships are effectively managed.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute daily operations and maintenance strategies for office towers.
• Lead and coach Executive and Property Officers on technical building skills and tenancy management procedures.
• Handle dispute settlement, incident management and enforce BMSMA and MCST by‑laws.
• Implement preventive maintenance programmes and conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Develop emergency response plans and act as the Facility Safety Manager for fire and safety activities.
• Prepare and manage the facilities budget, negotiate vendor contracts and monitor capex, sinking‑fund and cyclical replacement works.
• Oversee utilities arrears recovery and ensure compliance with ESG and energy‑management targets.
• Engage occupiers to understand their needs and improve tenant satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and MCST by‑laws.
• Proven experience in leading facilities or property operations teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities for dispute resolution and incident handling.
