Centre Manager – Active Ageing Centre

About the role

NTUC Health is looking for a dynamic individual to lead an Active Ageing Centre (AAC) within a sub‑region. As an Assistant Centre Manager you will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service delivery and collaborate with stakeholders to create vibrant programmes for seniors. The role may involve managing several AACs across the sub‑region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administrative matters of the centre.
• Ensure timely evaluation and accurate reporting of the centre’s outcomes to management and funders.
• Support and guide team members through formal learning, on‑the‑job training and mentorship.
• Plan and lead community outreach activities and programmes to promote AAC offerings.
• Build partnerships with the Regional Health System, community partners and volunteers, including grassroots groups.
• Empower and develop active seniors to serve other vulnerable seniors in the community.

Required profile

• Hold a Masters or Degree in Business Management, Psychology, Gerontology or related fields (Diploma holders with relevant experience considered).
• Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications.
