Channel Sales Manager – Technology Solutions

About the role

Redington is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead the development and management of its distribution and reseller ecosystem across the ASEAN region. You will drive market‑share growth for Redington’s technology portfolio by enabling partners, optimizing the sales pipeline, and ensuring strong partner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute annual Joint Business Plans with key partners, setting revenue, marketing, and certification targets.
• Optimize partner coverage across ASEAN territories and emerging tech hubs.
• Manage and forecast partner‑led sales pipelines, ensuring accurate CRM reporting.
• Oversee the Deal Registration process to protect partner investments and resolve channel conflicts.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and finance teams to deliver competitive pricing for large tenders.
• Conduct enablement sessions to certify partner sales and technical teams.
• Partner with marketing to run co‑op activities, seminars, and incentive programs.
• Build relationships with senior management of distributors such as Metrodata, Ingram Micro, and local boutiques.
• Adapt global partner programs to local business culture and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in channel sales, partner management or technology distribution.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for pipeline management.
