About the role

Join BRINDA'S PTE. LTD., a 24‑hour restaurant serving North and South Indian cuisine, as a Chef responsible for preparing Chinese dishes across multiple outlets in Punggol and Pasir Ris. You will work independently while contributing to menu development in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes daily to meet customer demand.
• Plan and update menus to ensure diverse, appealing offerings aligned with guest preferences.
• Manage multiple cooking tasks simultaneously to keep kitchen operations efficient.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a supportive and productive work environment.
• Perform consistently under pressure, especially during busy service periods.
• Work scheduled shifts, including weekends, to support continuous restaurant operations.
