Chef de Partie – Senior Kitchen Leader

About the role

TKSH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead kitchen operations across its island‑wide locations in Singapore. You will oversee food preparation, ensure high‑quality dishes, and maintain a smooth, efficient workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Check freshness of food and ingredients daily.
• Supervise and coordinate cooks and food‑preparation staff.
• Develop and present recipes, plan menus, and standardise portion sizes.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
• Control the food‑preparation process and approve dishes before service.
• Order equipment or ingredients to address identified shortages.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen.
• Strong kitchen‑management abilities with a track record of delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of culinary trends and efficient kitchen processes.
