Chef – Junior Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef to join our kitchen team across Singapore. This junior‑executive role focuses on maintaining high food quality, controlling costs, and ensuring a safe, hygienic environment for both staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all food production meets or exceeds company standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a consistent, high‑level service experience.
• Control costs by minimizing waste and spoilage of food products.
• Maintain and communicate product knowledge to relevant personnel.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to the Head Chef.
• Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Follow company policies, processes, and procedures.
• Undertake ad‑hoc duties or projects assigned by the Head Chef.

Required profile

• Minimum professional certificate in Culinary Arts.
• At least 2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• Ability to lead a team while being a collaborative team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
