CI/CD & DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a CI/CD & DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain automated pipelines that support our software delivery lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with software, test, cybersecurity and product teams to ensure reliable and secure releases across our industrial automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Automate build, test, release and deployment processes.
• Manage Git repositories, branching strategies and release workflows.
• Support Docker, Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code environments.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices and integrate security scanning tools.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, Shell or YAML.
• Create and maintain automated testing and validation frameworks.
• Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, networking and deployment issues.
• Support testing of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, EtherNet/IP and CANopen.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, release engineering or software automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Shell or YAML.
• Experience working in Linux environments and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and software release management.
• Exposure to industrial automation, PLCs, CODESYS or industrial protocols is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
