Civil Engineer – Middle Management (Full‑Time)

About the role

MP Contractors is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are designed, constructed, and maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review designs for structures, roads, bridges, and other civil works.
• Supervise construction activities on multiple sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural, geotechnical, environmental, and water‑resources solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to field personnel.
• Manage project documentation, budgets, and schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Middle‑management experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and own transport for daily site visits across Singapore.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
