Civil Project Engineer – LTA Project

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to lead the LTA Project in Singapore’s East area. The role involves managing all engineering aspects of the project, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee engineering, planning, quality, cost control and scheduling functions.
• Ensure compliance with the Project Execution Plan, safety and environmental standards.
• Assist senior engineers and the construction manager in daily site activities.
• Monitor and report site progress, including work performed by employees and subcontractors.
• Develop and enforce construction procedures in line with relevant legislation.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Promote core values and a strong safety culture on site.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Manage project resources, materials and budgets effectively.
• Ensure adherence to codes, QA/QC policies and performance standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of on‑site civil construction experience.
