Civil Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. You will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, ensuring progress aligns with the master program, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments on daily site operations.
• Prepare and update master programmes, construction sequences, method statements, and resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Monitor work progress, conduct site inspections and testing, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare monthly project reports, cash‑flow statements, and claim calculations.
• Manage manpower mobilisation, material planning, and ordering to meet schedule and budget.
• Attend management and client meetings, raise issues, and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Middle‑management level experience in civil construction site engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction specifications, technical clarifications, and project documentation.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
