Civil & Structural Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The Civil & Structural Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of civil and structural construction, fit‑out and addition & alteration (A&A) projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, vendors and clients to ensure technical, safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Support tendering, structural and ERSS design development with qualified professionals.
• Supervise design and project teams, reviewing work for quality, accuracy and code compliance.
• Coordinate fit‑out, refurbishment and A&A works, including shop‑drawing reviews and material submissions.
• Monitor project risks, implement corrective actions and oversee on‑site safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil & structural engineering, fit‑out, A&A works or project management, preferably in a consultancy or PM environment.
• Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, URA requirements and Singapore building codes.
• Proven experience in tender preparation, design development, technical proposals and authority submissions.
