Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion

About the role

As a Client Advisor you will act as the brand ambassador for a leading luxury fashion house, delivering best‑in‑class service and creating memorable experiences for each customer. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve order‑related issues by coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and repair teams.
• Manage fraud detection and prevention processes, ensuring chargeback targets are met.
• Handle payment issues and chargeback queries, recovering losses within set deadlines.
• Collaborate with Administration and Fiscal departments to address payment performance concerns.
• Participate in functional testing of system and application enhancements, liaising with technology support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and attend pre‑season training sessions.
• Contact clients to manage credit‑card declines and achieve daily sales goals.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to functional and service enhancements.
• Provide exceptional online customer service via phone, chat, and written communication, maximizing conversion rates.
• Assist customers with inquiries on stock, orders, returns, exchanges, repairs, and shipping.
• Offer styling recommendations based on fashion trends and individual client needs.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for luxury fashion.
• Proven ability to meet sales objectives and build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, chat, and email.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple operational tasks.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product lines.
