Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (ION Orchard)

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Prada at ION Orchard, you will deliver an exceptional luxury experience to every guest. You act as a brand ambassador, guiding clients through the world of Prada and ensuring their needs are anticipated and fulfilled.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and place the client at the centre of every interaction.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, including Prada history, culture and DNA.
• Capture client data in the company CRM to personalise future engagements.
• Promote an omni‑channel mindset, integrating in‑store and e‑commerce experiences.
• Handle client complaints in partnership with the line manager and client service team.
• Utilise digital tools to deliver a seamless, integrated luxury experience.
• Collaborate with back‑of‑house teams to ensure organised stock and smooth store operations.
• Adhere to all company procedures, including security, cash handling and inventory reporting.
