About the role

The Client Experience Assistant will support the Client Experience Manager in delivering the highest level of client experience across the SEA market. This temporary position runs from December 2026 to June 2027 and focuses on implementing Maison‑wide client initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Support the roll‑out of client experience guidelines, tools, gifting campaigns and in‑boutique animations in line with Maison standards.
Coordinate with boutiques, internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution and follow‑up of client experience activities.
Manage administrative tasks such as stock movements, vendor management and purchase order creation related to client experience projects.
Contribute to cross‑functional projects and initiatives as required.

Required profile

First experience in the retail industry.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to build strong collaboration across departments and with various stakeholders.
Capable of working autonomously, proactively and solution‑oriented.
