Client Project Manager

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Client Project Manager to lead and direct multiple client projects, ranging from standard to complex engagements. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, guiding projects from concept through implementation and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept to final implementation.
• Serve as the single point of contact for client satisfaction and escalation management.
• Ensure projects deliver the as‑sold solution, stay within budget, meet timelines, and meet quality standards.
• Manage project delivery, including rigorous scope control and change management.
• Document and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear and concise communication to all stakeholders.
• Support pre‑sales activities by scoping, costing, and presenting proposals.
• Identify opportunities and influence sales through business conversations.
• Coordinate project team activities through task delegation and resource assignment.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Extensive project management experience, capable of planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations, satisfaction, and escalations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in high‑pressure environments and handling urgent, complex tasks simultaneously.
• Solid business acumen and commercial awareness.
