Client Service Advisor – Call Centre

About the role

We are seeking a Client Service Advisor to join the Client Services team of a leading luxury fashion brand in Singapore. In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering personalized assistance across phone, email, chat and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats and social media enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
• Respond to product, account and general enquiries with accurate and clear information.
• Resolve client enquiries effectively, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Identify opportunities to support sales and client engagement.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs covering client satisfaction, sales, productivity and service quality.
• Manage challenging situations while maintaining a luxury service experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
• Previous experience in customer service, client servicing, retail, hospitality or call‑centre environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping clients.
• Positive, personable and service‑oriented attitude.
• Good problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and stay calm during busy periods.
