Client Success Director (Thai Speaking)

About the role

Thought Machine is looking for a senior Client Success Director who speaks Thai to lead the adoption and scaling of our cloud‑native core banking platform for key financial institutions. You will be the primary point of accountability for delivering client outcomes, ensuring they meet contracted account volumes, timelines and budgets while maintaining high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end client success plan from sales support through implementation, scale and steady‑state operations.
• Drive clients to achieve their contracted live‑account volumes within agreed milestones and budgets.
• Serve as the main accountability holder for delivery outcomes across implementations, upgrades and ongoing services.
• Identify and mitigate risks to delivery, adoption or timelines in collaboration with internal and client teams.
• Monitor product usage, forecast key account metrics and report progress.
• Establish and run robust governance structures, including steering committees and executive engagement.
• Own client satisfaction (CSAT) measurement, action planning and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in core banking transformation programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to manage multi‑year, complex engagements.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Thai and English.
• Ability to orchestrate delivery, support and sales teams across diverse geographies.
